We supported them with work we needed done but wow it took long! They explained that they had taken on a little to much than they can handle and apologize for the inconvenience. I completely understand their situation and continue to use them to date !!! He will let you down, lose interest and then disappear with your money without completing the job. Makes promises that he does not keep, sets deadlines then ignores them, says whatever he thinks you want to hear to secure another payment with zero intention of following through. I made payment last week and to date it has not been allocated. I've completed a query form and to date I have only gotten 1 response to the numerous mails I have sent and to date no agent called me back as promised they would on the mail I received from them. and just to think I recommended them to a few people already..
